1. You’re using PayPal to purchase or subscribe to your Reverse Mortgage Success Training. Don’t I need to set-up a PayPal account to purchase or subscribe to your training?

Answer: No…You don’t need one a PayPal account. Once you click on a “Purchase” or “Subscribe” button, you’ll be taken to a PayPal page where you’ll see the line: “Don’t have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available). If you click on the word “Continue,” you’ll be taken to a page where you can pay using your credit or debit card, just like any other online merchant.

2. Will I need to purchase any special software or programs to take advantage of your training?

Answer: No…The training videos are viewed directly on your computer screen. A high-speed internet connection is recommended. Downloads are in a zipped file and can be viewed using the PDF format or the open source (free) OpenOffice.org. This free program consists of all of the MS Office Suite programs such as Power Point, Excel, Word, etc.

All Windows computers come with an un-zip or extract program already installed. Save the zipped file where you can easily find it later. After the download is complete, close the download window. Find the zipped file and ‘right click’ on it. A drop-down box will give you a number of choices. If you’re using Windows XP or Vista…click on “Extract All…” and the folder will be unzipped automatically. A new folder with the same name will be created containing all of the documents.

3. How often do you add new training material to the Members Area?

Answer: We have made a commitment to produce and add a minimum of four (4) training videos, each and every month starting June 2010. That’s forty-eight additional training videos available to you within the next year for a total of seventy-eight (78) videos.

4. Can I cancel my Monthly Subscription at anytime, and how do I do that? – Note: A Monthly Subscription is not currently available.

Answer: Yes…You can cancel your monthly video subscription at any time (we hope you won’t).

Just log-in to PayPal…Click History at the top of the page…Find the subscription in your History…Click the Details link for the subscription…Click the Cancel Subscription button.

Your email subscription will cease upon the cancellation of your subscription. So, if for example you’re about to be charged on the 20th and want to cancel your subscription, it’s suggested to do so on the 19th so you can enjoy your membership for the full subscription period.

5. Your Monthly membership Account has been canceled…

Answer: Be aware that making financial changes to your PayPal account such as updating your credit card or banking information will cause PayPal to cancel all of your monthly membership subscriptions… including your subscription to this membership site.

Also, if your credit card on file with PayPal expires then PayPal will cancel all of your paid subscriptions. This is a very strange feature of PayPal that we have no control over…nor can we reinstate your PayPal subscription for you.

Here’s an important tip that I’ve learned about PayPal: If you have to replace a credit card on PayPal, first add your new card and then make sure that you change all of your subscriptions over to the new card before you delete the old card. That way your subscriptions won’t be canceled.

6. There doesn’t seem to be any mention of a refund or money-back guarantee…Did I miss that somewhere?

Answer: No, you didn’t miss it. Remember, if you’re on one of the “Monthly Subscriptions,” you can cancel at any time with a minimal out-of-pocket expense…regardless of how long you have been a subscriber.
